Our management services are not suitable for most buildings in Los Angeles. We’re not interested in putting band-aids on maintenance problems. And we’re not going to spend our time trying to hassle long-term tenants out of their apartments or market outdated units in bland complexes.

Instead, our management program focuses on the kinds of buildings in which we, ourselves, would like to live and work: Beautiful spaces, in interesting neighborhoods in Los Angeles, filled with respectful tenants paying market-leading rents, with owners who are willing to do what it takes to make sure things stay that way.

We have particularly valuable experience managing new- and newly renovated buildings. We have taken buildings from 0% to 100% occupancy, at market-leading rents, quickly and with a minimum of hassle, more than 75 times since 2008.
