The Adaptive Realty principals have acquired, renovated and exited more than $30MM in residential real estate since 2008. Our strategy is generally to find under-managed assets in improving areas and re-imagine them for tenants who appreciate sustainable materials and good design.
We manage investment funds, syndicate individual deals, and provide for-hire development services.
As a result of our work on our own projects, Adaptive Realty has developed considerable expertise in the acquisition and disposition of real estate in Southern California. We take a rigorously quantitative approach to valuing property. And we bring our design, construction and property management assets to bear on every deal in order to minimize risk while maximizing upside.
But there are far more interesting deals than we could ever buy ourselves. We therefore offer brokerage services to investors whose approach to real estate dovetails with our own through our affiliated entity, Adaptive Realty, Inc.
In order to properly execute our own development projects, Adaptive Realty has created a responsive, responsible property management organization designed to maximize net operating income while protecting and preserving our assets for the long term.
In response to demand from our brokerage clients, we have recently begun offering 3rd party property management services for select owners and properties through our affiliate, Adaptive Realty, Inc.
Simply put, we will only undertake to manage properties where we believe we can add substantial value.
The single, unifying theme in every project undertaken by Adaptive Realty is the re-imagining of older buildings. We apply our simple, clean aesthetic to our own projects. And we can apply it to yours through our construction affiliate, J.Ryland Build & Design, Inc.
