Moses is a co-founder and Manager of Adaptive Realty Manager LLC and President of Adaptive Realty, Inc. Prior to founding Adaptive Realty, Moses co-founded and led Better Dwellings LLC, a multi-family investment vehicle which acquired and re-positioned 13 Los Angeles properties between December 2008 and February 2012. Prior to founding Better Dwellings, Moses worked as an investment banker at LongAcre Partners in London (since acquired by Jefferies). Moses received a B.A. magna cum laude from Princeton University and an M.A. from The London School of Economics. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate and Construction Cabinet of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.

Jonathan is a co-founder and Principal of Adaptive Realty Manager LLC and President of J.Ryland Build & Design, Inc. Prior to founding Adaptive Realty, Jonathan acted as project manager for Better Dwellings LLC, a multifamily investment vehicle which acquired and re-positioned 13 Los Angeles properties between December 2008 and February 2012. Jonathan paid for his B.A. from Wesleyan by buying a house painting franchise at the age of 18; operating it successfully for seven years. Jonathan is a licensed contractor with the California State License Board, a licensed real estate agent and member of the Urban Land Institute.
